By using the Drinkkompassen app or visiting drinkkompassen.app, you agree to the terms set out below.

What the service is

Drinkkompassen is a cocktail app for iPhone that lets you keep track of your home bar, find drinks you can actually make and read about classic recipes. The site drinkkompassen.app markets the app and provides information about it.

Pricing and purchases

The app is free to download and use. Drinkkompassen Pro is a one-time purchase of £3.99 that unlocks additional features. The purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store and follows Apple's standard purchase terms.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal are handled by Apple under their policy. We do not offer a separate right of withdrawal beyond what Apple provides.

Responsible drinking

Drinkkompassen is about the craft behind cocktails. We assume you are of legal drinking age where you live (18 or older in the UK) and that you drink responsibly. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Never drink and drive. Do not drink if you are pregnant or if your relationship with alcohol means you should not.

Content and liability

The recipes, descriptions and recommendations in the app are written by us and intended for personal use. We do our best to keep information accurate, but cannot guarantee that it always is. You use the information at your own risk.

Recipes, ingredient lists and product information may contain errors despite our best efforts. If you spot something that looks wrong, we appreciate a heads-up.

Intellectual property

All content in the app and on the site, including recipe text, images, design and code, belongs to Joakim Jedholt or the respective rights holder. You may use the content for personal use. Other uses require permission.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Larger changes will be communicated in the app or on the site. The date above shows when the terms were last revised.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled first through dialogue, then by the general court in Stockholm.
